Welcome to GCS88. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the GCS88 platform, including the website located at https://gcs88.cam, all associated subdomains, mobile-optimised interfaces, gaming software, promotional content, and customer support services (collectively, the "Platform").

GCS88 is an online gaming and sports betting platform operated under applicable international gaming regulations. The Platform is made available to eligible users in jurisdictions where online gaming is permitted. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction before proceeding.

By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise using any part of the GCS88 Platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately.

These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between GCS88 and its registered users.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "GCS88", "we", "us", "our" — refers to the operator of the GCS88 online gaming and sports betting platform at https://gcs88.cam.
• "Platform" — the GCS88 website, mobile interface, gaming software, applications, and all associated services.
• "User", "you", "your" — any individual who accesses, browses, registers on, or uses the Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" — a registered user account on the GCS88 Platform, associated with a unique username and password.
• "Funds" / "Balance" — the monetary value held within a User's GCS88 account, expressed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise stated.
• "Bonus Funds" — promotional credits awarded to a User subject to specific wagering requirements and terms distinct from those governing real-money funds.
• "Wagering Requirement" / "Rollover" — the total value of eligible bets a User must place before Bonus Funds or associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Real Money Funds" — funds deposited directly by the User via a supported payment method, distinct from Bonus Funds.
• "Payment Method" — any supported deposit or withdrawal channel, including but not limited to Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, and supported cryptocurrencies (BTC, ETH, USDT, BNB).
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer verification procedures required to confirm a User's identity and eligibility.
• "Prohibited Conduct" — any action explicitly forbidden under Section 8 of these Terms.

To register and maintain an active account on the GCS88 Platform, you must at all times satisfy the following eligibility conditions:

• You are a natural person aged 21 years or older at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your account.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is not prohibited by applicable law. It is your responsibility to verify this.
• You are not a current or former employee, director, consultant, contractor, or immediate family member of any such person employed by GCS88 or any of its affiliated entities.
• You do not hold more than one active GCS88 account. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from the Platform or had an account terminated for Prohibited Conduct.
• You are registering on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.

GCS88 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to government-issued identity documents, proof of address, and payment method verification. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restriction or closure.

To access the full range of GCS88 gaming and betting services, you are required to complete the account registration process. During registration, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details.

Each User is permitted to hold one account only. If GCS88 determines that a User holds multiple accounts, all accounts associated with that User may be suspended, and any balances — including winnings — may be forfeited pending investigation.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account access with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account — regardless of whether it was authorised by you — is your sole responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access, you must notify GCS88 customer support immediately via live chat or email.

Accuracy of Information

GCS88 relies on the accuracy of the information you provide at registration and throughout the lifecycle of your account. You must notify us promptly of any change to your registered details. GCS88 is not liable for any loss or delay resulting from inaccurate or outdated account information provided by the User.

By using the GCS88 Platform, you agree to use it solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. The Platform may be accessed via web browser on desktop and mobile devices. GCS88 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform at all times, though we maintain a 99.9% uptime target.

Game Rules

Each game available on the GCS88 Platform is governed by its own individual game rules, which take effect alongside these Terms. In the event of a conflict between specific game rules and these Terms, the specific game rules shall prevail with respect to that game only. GCS88 reserves the right to void any bet or game result in the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or where game rules have been violated.

Betting Rules

All bets placed on the GCS88 sports betting platform are subject to the applicable betting rules for the relevant sport, market, and event. GCS88 reserves the right to suspend a market, refuse a bet, or void a wager at its discretion where there is evidence of irregularity, error in odds publication, or breach of these Terms. Odds are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. Confirmed bets are final.

Currency

All account balances, deposits, withdrawals, and bet amounts are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) by default. GCS88 supports MYR-native accounts. Where deposits are made via cryptocurrency, the equivalent MYR value is calculated at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of deposit confirmation.

Supported Payment Methods

GCS88 supports deposits and withdrawals via the following payment channels: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost eWallet, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, and direct bank transfer via Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and Hong Leong Bank. Cryptocurrency deposits are accepted in BTC, ETH, USDT (TRC20 and ERC20), and BNB.

Deposit Conditions

All deposits must be made from payment methods registered in your own name. GCS88 does not accept third-party deposits. The minimum deposit amount is RM 30 for e-wallets and cryptocurrency, and RM 50 for bank transfers, unless otherwise stated in a specific promotional offer. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account tier.

Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method that has been verified as belonging to the registered account holder. GCS88 processes the majority of e-wallet and bank transfer withdrawals within 5 minutes under normal operating conditions. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are subject to blockchain confirmation times, typically 15–60 minutes. GCS88 reserves the right to require KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal request.

Withdrawal Restrictions

GCS88 reserves the right to delay, withhold, or decline a withdrawal request pending completion of identity verification, investigation of suspected fraud or money laundering, or where the User has outstanding wagering requirements on active bonus funds. Winnings generated from bonus funds that have not met the applicable rollover requirement are not eligible for withdrawal.

GCS88 may from time to time offer promotional bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback rewards, free spin credits, and other incentives to registered users. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms that will be published alongside each offer. The following general bonus conditions apply to all GCS88 promotions unless explicitly stated otherwise:

• Wagering Requirement: All bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering (rollover) requirement before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The specific multiplier will be stated in the promotion details (e.g., 10x, 15x, 20x).
• Maximum Bet Restriction: While a bonus is active, the maximum permitted bet per round or per transaction is MYR 250 unless a higher limit is explicitly stated. Exceeding this limit may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally to the wagering requirement. Slot games typically contribute 100%. Table games such as Baccarat and Blackjack typically contribute 10%–20%. The contribution schedule for each promotion will be provided in the relevant promotion terms.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonuses that are not used or whose wagering requirements are not completed within the stated validity period (typically 7, 14, or 30 days from activation) will be forfeited automatically.
• One Bonus Per User: Unless otherwise stated, only one bonus may be active on an account at any given time. Claiming multiple bonuses simultaneously without completing any is not permitted.
• Sticky vs. Non-Sticky Bonuses: Sticky bonus funds cannot be withdrawn and will be removed from the balance upon completion of wagering, after which only the net winnings are withdrawable. Non-sticky bonuses may be withdrawn alongside winnings once the rollover requirement is satisfied.
• Maximum Cash-Out: Certain promotions may impose a maximum withdrawal limit on winnings derived from bonus funds. Where applicable, this limit will be stated in the promotion terms.

GCS88 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time and to disqualify any User from a promotion where misuse or abuse is suspected. Always review the specific promotion terms before claiming any offer.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the GCS88 Platform. Engaging in any of the actions listed below may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant legal authorities where applicable:

• Registering as a minor or providing false age information during the registration process.
• Creating multiple accounts (duplicate accounts) under the same or different identities.
• Using another person's identity, payment method, or account credentials without their explicit consent.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or technical vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any form of artificial intelligence to interact with the Platform in a manner inconsistent with normal human gameplay.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting strategies designed to exploit promotions rather than for genuine entertainment purposes.
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activity or using the Platform for any money laundering purpose.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, misrepresentation, or deliberate deception directed at GCS88 or other Platform users.
• Reproducing, distributing, or commercialising any GCS88 content, software, or branding without written authorisation.

GCS88 employs fraud detection systems and reserves the right to investigate any activity it deems suspicious. Investigations may result in temporary account restrictions while a review is conducted. GCS88's determination on all matters relating to Prohibited Conduct is final.

All content on the GCS88 Platform — including but not limited to the GCS88 brand name, logo, visual design, game graphics, text, promotional materials, software code, user interface elements, and all associated intellectual property — is the exclusive property of GCS88 or its duly licensed content providers.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit:

• Reproduction or copying of Platform content for commercial purposes;
• Modification, reverse-engineering, or decompilation of any Platform software;
• Distribution or public display of GCS88 branding, content, or game materials without written consent;
• Use of GCS88's name, logo, or trademarks in connection with any third-party product or service.

Any unauthorised use of GCS88 intellectual property may constitute a breach of applicable intellectual property law and will be pursued accordingly. Third-party game providers retain all intellectual property rights in their respective game titles offered via the Platform.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, GCS88 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.

Specifically, GCS88 accepts no liability for:

• Loss of funds due to user error, including but not limited to incorrect payment details, incorrect bet placement, or accidental account actions;
• Service interruptions, platform downtime, or technical errors beyond GCS88's reasonable control;
• Losses incurred as a result of gambling activity, including but not limited to wagering decisions made by the User;
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing attributable to third-party payment providers or financial institutions;
• Losses arising from the User's reliance on any information, content, or data published on the Platform.

GCS88's total aggregate liability to any User in respect of all claims arising from these Terms shall not, in any event, exceed the total value of funds held in that User's account at the time the relevant claim arises. Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

GCS88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any User account, with or without prior notice, where there are reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The User has engaged in Prohibited Conduct as defined in Section 8 of these Terms;
• The User has provided false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point;
• The User has breached any material term of this Agreement;
• Continued operation of the account poses a financial, legal, or reputational risk to GCS88;
• The User has requested self-exclusion under the Responsible Gambling provisions of this Agreement.

Upon suspension or closure of an account, GCS88 will return any verified Real Money Funds held in the account balance after deducting any amounts owed to GCS88 (including pending charges, forfeited bonus funds, and any amounts subject to ongoing investigations). Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from Bonus Funds during a suspected violation period may be forfeited.

Users may voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting GCS88 customer support. Account closure will be processed once any outstanding wagering requirements or pending transactions have been resolved.

GCS88 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. The Platform is intended solely for entertainment purposes. Gambling involves financial risk and is not a means of generating income. GCS88 strongly encourages all Users to gamble only with funds they can afford to lose and to maintain awareness of their gambling habits at all times.

GCS88 provides the following responsible gambling tools to all registered Users:

• Deposit Limits: Users may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps via account settings. Limits take effect immediately upon activation.
• Session Time Reminders: Users may configure alerts that notify them when a predetermined session duration has been reached.
• Reality Check: Periodic pop-up notifications displaying net session results, prompting Users to evaluate whether to continue or step away.
• Self-Exclusion: Users may request self-exclusion from the Platform for a defined period (1 week, 1 month, 3 months, 6 months) or permanently. Self-exclusion requests are processed by customer support and take effect within 24 hours.

GCS88 collects, stores, and processes personal data in connection with the provision of its services. The types of data collected include registration information, transaction records, gameplay data, and communication history. All data processing activities are conducted in accordance with GCS88's Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement.

By accepting these Terms, you consent to GCS88's collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. GCS88 does not sell or commercially transfer personal data to third parties except where required by law, where necessary to provide the service (e.g., payment processors), or where you have given explicit consent.

All data held by GCS88 is protected using industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption. Users have the right to request access to their personal data, request corrections, and in certain circumstances request deletion, subject to applicable legal retention requirements.

GCS88 reserves the right to amend, update, or revise these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, GCS88 will publish the updated Terms on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Where changes are significant, GCS88 may, at its discretion, notify registered Users via email or in-platform notification.

Your continued use of the GCS88 Platform following the publication of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any updated Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform and contact customer support to close your account.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes. GCS88 is not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from a User's failure to review updated Terms.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction in which GCS88 is licensed to operate.

In the event of a dispute between GCS88 and a User, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through GCS88's internal dispute resolution process. Users may submit a formal complaint via the GCS88 customer support channel. GCS88 undertakes to respond to all formal complaints within 10 business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through internal processes, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant regulatory authority or, where no such authority exists, to binding arbitration in accordance with the arbitration rules applicable to the governing jurisdiction. Class action claims are excluded from arbitration to the extent permitted by applicable law.
